Hi, I'm Lauren!

I started Fruity Films with the intentions of creating a safe & inclusive space for all while keeping photography sustainable! I source props, wardrobe, and build sets from local thrift shops to help bring life to vintage pieces! I am very passionate about advocating for queer, trans, and BIPOC communities, inclusivity, and human rights . Capturing your most authentic, beautiful self is my main goal.

01. Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for sessions? And what's your zodiac sign?

Yes! I typically charge by the hour, starting at $250 per hour. All of my packages are customized to my clients needs, therefore I do have some half-day rates, flat rates, and offer payment plans! I'm a Gemini!

02. What are some of your hobbies? And will you travel?

I absolutely love baking, thrifting, and watching movies! Along with going hiking and exploring new places! I'd love to travel to you! Anything farther than 30+ miles has a travel fee that will be calculated during the booking process. BUT if you want me to capture your destination wedding/elopement... let's talk ;)

03. You got any pets? (this is just an excuse to bring up my dog)

OMG! I'm so happy you asked. I have a 5 year old Poochon named Fezco! <3 He is a Christmas baby that loves balloons, his friends (aka my friends), and sunbathing. And yes he has a beach chair with an umbrella.

04. How long are your turnaround times? And what kinda music you like?

My standard turnaround is 2 weeks! Mini sessions are 1 week, weddings/elopements are 4-6 weeks with 24hr sneak peeks, & concerts/festivals are 1-2 weeks with 24hr sneak peeks. I love alternative, rock, r&b, and some pop & hip-hop. Billie Eilish? Doja Cat? Zella Day? Ashniko? PLEASE let me photograph your shows <3
